Kelsey’s story
Here’s the thing… I did NOT intend to wear all of these different hats, but here we are.
I’ll try to keep this short but the truth is, I’m like a cat who’s lived many lives. I studied Entrepreneurship in college, consulted on small businesses, went to beauty school, opened my own salon, closed my salon, and now I’m here: coaching small businesses (I’ve directly coached over 60 entrepreneurs!)
And yes, A LOT happened in the nooks and crannies of that timeline, but the main take away is this: I’m a fellow small business owner with big dreams. I use my mix of education and experience to help you run a more efficient business. Which means more time for the things that matter most.
And this group? It fills up my cup. Because none of us want to do this thing alone. And the truth is, there is so much we can learn from each other. And that, my friend, is what true empowerment means. Hope to meet you IRL soon!

Michelle’s Story
I have a passion for people, it's always fueled my life in one way or another. I started my professional career in hospitality and after hustling both jobs, I quit my “day job” and jumped fully into real estate!
Now I’m 6+ years in and have learned so much as a business owner. I knew early on that surrounding myself with like-minded women to grow and learn from, would be a huge asset for me, personally. A phone call and coffee chat later and boom EMPW became alive!
I wear many other titles beyond real estate agent - wife, aunt, sister, friend, community volunteer, gym partner, the list goes on. But my favorite of them all is Mama to the most beautiful babies in the world Evelynn and Michael.
Another reason that I am passionate about building up a community of strong women is to show the next generation of girls that if I can do it, they can too.
Other things that fuel my fire - curating events, delivering keys, creating family memories and all things wine + iced coffee! Can't wait to get to know you more!

Taryn’s Story
My motto for life is to “Live your life through love” and I aspire to do that, while surrounding myself with people who feel the same. That is why this group is so important to me. Cheering people on while they achieve their goals and lending a listening ear/support in times of struggle is something that really fills my cup (hello, enneagram 2). I am so excited to continue to grow with this community of strong successful women.
Now what is it I actually do though? I am here to help navigate the realm of home financing! Been in the industry for 9 years – started as a front desk marketing assistant, and for the last 6 years extremely dedicated to being the best Loan Matchmaker and Educator out there. I am here to guide you through the journey of securing your first home, forever homes, and everything in between.
Buying a home is more than a transaction, it is a milestone in ones life and an unforgettable experience. It is an achievement for you, your family, and should be treated with care, attention and most importantly knowledge!
I am a lifetime Washingtonian, residing the last 8 years in Pierce County. Currently living in Lake Tapps, Washington with my forever growing family, full of crazy kiddos. I spend my free time going to community events, exploring new areas with my family, camping and lots of party planning!
